By accessing and using the OrderFlow platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

OrderFlow provides a comprehensive restaurant management platform including:

• Online ordering websites
• Mobile applications for customers, staff, and drivers
• Kitchen display systems
• Delivery management tools
• Marketing and analytics features

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. A one-time setup fee applies to all new accounts. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

The OrderFlow platform and all related intellectual property are owned by FPontes Digital. You are granted a limited license to use the service for your restaurant operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

FPontes Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
